    I have charged twice for single ride. I.e first driver took cash of RS 330 and later from my Paytm account Rs. 422.98 got deducted, travel date was 28 Feb 2016.

    I m really frustrated as neither customer care nor driver helped me to resolve my issue.

    Uber is real cheat as there is no customer care who listen to customer issues.

    I have put up my request but no help.. God knows how others travel with u guys, God help who got cheated like me and no one is there to listen.

    I really need to make you look into this matter. I regularly use Uber for all my rides , generally Ubergo in Delhi.

    Today I happened to use uber pool for the first time and I have been charged horrendously for just 5km travel even in the “ carpool option”.

    It is 3 times the fare if I would have used Ubergo all alone. In Ubergo the fare for the same distance is INR 80 /- approx..

    However today when it should be half the price I notice it is charged IINR 188/- almost triple the fare.

    This is absolutely cheating the customer, Also the balance amount of INR 282/- has also been scraped from my account. Means today I had a total loss of INR 470/-

This is worst services, If driver cancel this trip after few minutes the cancellation fee is been added my account I don't know what type of services and there no proper support from support services. Blindly backend team justifying/confirming and blaming customers without any proper analysis of concern. based on driver confirmation the support team also reacting which is not at all acceptable. I have been uninstall this app. I would suggest other customers to not avail this services.

  56. I booked cab on uberpool and it was being cancelled by driver u have charged 60 rs,I sent mail to customer care i immediately received response, saying.. i will get my 60 rs in the trip.
    Just after cab got cancelled i booked another UBERPOOL trip it has showed 183 rs but after the trip completed the amount was 243 ,I had to pay 243 to the driver.
    I got receipt of 123 but on driver mobile it was showing 243.
    I have receipt in which it clearly says,

    wana raise complaint, and want my money back.

  71. Uber has started giving so many perks to Drivers that they have started misbehaving. For example. Deny Long rides as they can not meet 10 ride a day which gives them 6K

    I came across one of the old bill charged to me.

    The Bill charged me from . Lothian Rd, Inter State Bus Terminal, Kashmere Gate, New Delhi, Delhi 110006, India to D-3, Sector 51, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201307, India

    Date : 22 June 2016

    is wrong one. The reasons for the same as mentioned below..

    1. I was in Mumbai on the date of travel mentioned on bill i.e. 22nd June 2016.

    2. There is no toll exist between Kashmere Gate, Delhi to Sector-51, Noida through the route mentioned in the Bill.

    3. The Only toll exist between Delhi and Noida is through South Delhi and that toll charges is Rs 25/- while the bill shows the toll charges as Rs 100 which is not possible.

    This seems to be a clear cut case of fraud where the wrong bill is generated (due to toll charges Rs 100) and charged to wrong person (as My location was Mumbai).

    This type of frauds are happening only with Uber because Uber systems are not linked to Customer mobile via SMS Service which helps customer to get an alert for Cab booking and billing information.

    Request you to kindly look into this matter of wrong billing and let me know how this bill generated on my name and email id and the amount deducted from my Paytm account.

    If this is the case happening with Uber, then I really doubt that I should continue with Uber and Paytm services.

  79. I am a regular uber user in Ahmedabad.. Of late I have been experiencing unnecessary delays from the drives. They accept the rides and you can see their location as well,but when u try to call them they keep on saying that they are on the way,however they take very long time. In fact you can see their locations , even after 5/8 minutes they can be seen at the very location where they have been when u booked a cab. Wastage of my time. And I don't know why they always ask you..where you are going as if they are paying me.
    I feel very bad about these thugs now, ultimatly u have to cancel your trip with that particular driver and end paying for your cancellation,which is serious cheating on part of uber.

  80. I booked a uber cab on 30th August from adyar to madhavaram and I booked a cab later the trip was cancelled by the driver and his mobile was switched off. So l again tried and same has happened. I'm a regular customer to uber while there are many other providers like Ola I prefer uber but that day it was a disappointing experience with uber and I was charged 150 rs extra as penalty 3 times in a row for cancelled cab. Totally frustrated with the experience. Standing in road with kids and elder persons expecting cab late night all I got is frustration. I want to register this and want my money refunded which I paid as penalty for cancellation. I believe it won't happen again. I demand explanation.

    I am very astonished to see such a poor but expensive service by UBER.

    I did pre/upcoming booking the UBER for today i:e 12/10/2016, but no cab turned up neither any one bother to call before i booked the new UBER cab please find screen sort below.

    And i did the instant booking where you charged so high, i doubt i am going to travel with UBER any further neither i will allow my friends and family members to use your such a high expensive poor service.

    Whereas your competition OLA is giving much economical as well as add on services along with free rides, thanks for creating my loyalty for your competition.

However today I noticed that they have unnecessarily charged me for the driver denial of the duty, which I don't even have an option to report to correctly in the feedback. Dear Uber team, if you are competing with the Ola service providers, Pl ensure that you are taking care of your customer services rightly, if not you could be a loser in the longer run.

  97. i travelled for the 1st time with uber and my paytm ac was automatically deducted with 122rs no msg was received while i still paid 122cash to the cab driver...... he too (manikandan) never say anything took the money and simply left. kindly get me refund b careful all fellow passangers

    Today in morning 26th October I booked a ride under the name of Parvinder (Etios liva).

    The trip was started from House no. 1716 Phase7 sector 61 Mohali and near Chandigarh Housing Board Flats, MIG flats Sector 61 the driver ended the trip after 3 min as he met with an accident (with no injury but car was damaged). I had applied my promo code as well on this ride (25DIWALI3: 25%off on 3 rides). I was deducted Rs 40 and one of my Promo code got wasted. Please refund Rs 40 back into my account plus one of the free ride of the applied Promo Code.




    Then again on booking the second ride under the name of Jaspreet (Indigo) after the above incident which happened, the concession which was supposed to be applied because of applied PromoCode was not given.

    Please look into the issue and refund my money back into my account for the concession of the PromoCode.




    This is mere harassment of the customer and loss of your integrity.

It is the second time i have to pay cancellation charge of rupees 50 with any fault.Both the time ride had been cancelled from driver side but i have to suffer that is not good.Uber should charge this cancellation fee to the deiver if they have cancelled it.Please reply on this and let me know.I think OLA is better than uber.Uber sucks and i am not hoing to use it any more

    And also there is no customer care service....
    Drivers are all illitrates not even able to understand map instructions. ...

  102. Uber is worst. I have been charged twice for a toll and I am trying to find their customer care number in Pune or India but is not able to get one. If I raise the issue through app, some incompetent bugger immediately sends out a standard reply and change the status of complaint to resolved. I requested several time through app to provide me a customer care number so that I can explain the issue clearly however no reply. ...

I had taken pick up from Shantinagar, Manimajra and Destination was Hotel Sky Industrial Area phase 2, Chandigarh. which is near about 6 Km as I do travel on day-to-day basis. I am really surprised when I saw your bill showing it as 7.24 km, how is it Possible. can you plz explain.

But as per sms sent to me Rd. 84.87, request inquire the matter as to why came different in the hand set between your driver and customer.This mail may be treated as complaint and intimate to my mail I.e. jayanta@gmail.com please.

  108. I have also paid twice for my rides. Once to the driver directly who was driving and second time to the other driver as Uber is still showing that my previous payment is due. I dont know whether its the driver or the Uber who thugs/cheat customers?
